Account and contact information may include your name, email address, authentication identifiers, account settings, communications with us, and similar contact or account details.

Style, fit, and profile information may include style preferences, sizing, measurements, fit preferences, quiz answers, saved products, liked looks, shopping preferences, location signals you choose to provide, and other information used to personalize recommendations and outfit generation.

If you upload body photos, outfit photos, product photos, comments, reviews, messages, generated images, or other content, we collect and process that content to provide Baulist features.

For eBay-sourced inventory, we may collect or process listing titles, item identifiers, product URLs, product photos, prices, availability, seller information, item condition, descriptions, categories, shipping estimates, return indicators, search metadata, click metadata, attribution identifiers, and similar information needed to display and route product discovery experiences.

When you click through from Baulist to eBay, we may collect information about that outbound interaction, such as the listing viewed, link clicked, timestamp, referral or affiliate identifiers, device and browser data, and similar attribution or analytics information. Baulist does not collect or store full payment card details for eBay purchases.

We may collect device type, browser type, app version, operating system, IP address, general location derived from IP address, pages or screens viewed, interactions, search activity, referral information, logs, crash data, identifiers, and similar technical information.

Body photos and similar fit-related information can be sensitive. We use them to provide styling, personalization, virtual try-on, fit-related features, recommendations, support, safety, and service improvement.

We do not use body photos or uploaded images for facial recognition, biometric identification, or identity verification unless we provide additional notice and obtain consent where required by law.

Baulist uses AI and image-processing tools to support styling, recommendations, outfit generation, catalog enrichment, search, product presentation, and related features. This may involve sending style inputs, product information, photos, generated images, prompts, or other content to service providers that process information for us.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

We collect information from you, your device, your use of Baulist, eBay listing data and related third-party inventory sources, authentication providers, analytics and hosting providers, AI and image-processing providers, customer support interactions, attribution providers, and other service providers that help us operate Baulist.

We use personal information to create, authenticate, and manage accounts; operate Baulist; provide product discovery, styling, search, recommendations, virtual try-on, and profile features; display eBay-sourced inventory; route shoppers to eBay listings and checkout flows; support discovery-related questions; personalize content; generate, process, or improve AI-assisted outputs; communicate with you; measure performance; attribute outbound clicks or purchases where applicable; debug issues; develop new features; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce agreements; comply with law; and protect rights, safety, and property.

We may also create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.

We may disclose personal information to service providers and processors that help with hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, email, customer support, security, AI, image processing, catalog sync, webhooks, and infrastructure.

We may disclose information to eBay or attribution services when needed to route you to an eBay listing, support referral or affiliate attribution, measure outbound shopping activity, prevent abuse, or operate product discovery features.

We may disclose information to professional advisors and similar business support providers; to authorities or others when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety; in connection with business transactions; or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide required opt-out rights.

For eBay-sourced products, checkout and payment happen through eBay, not Baulist. eBay, eBay sellers, payment providers, shipping providers, carriers, and other services involved in the transaction may collect and process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Baulist generally does not receive full eBay checkout details, payment card information, shipping addresses, return requests, refund decisions, dispute records, or private communications between you and an eBay seller unless you choose to provide that information to us or a service provider shares limited attribution or support information with us.

If you contact Baulist about an eBay item or purchase, we may collect the information you provide, such as listing links, order references, screenshots, messages, photos, issue descriptions, and contact details, so we can review discovery-layer issues or direct you to the appropriate eBay support channel.

On web surfaces, we and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, understand usage, prevent abuse, and improve Baulist.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Baulist, maintain accounts, operate product discovery and outbound-link features, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.

Retention periods vary by the type of information and context. Account records may be kept while an account is active; logs and click-attribution data may be kept for operational, analytics, security, or referral reporting periods; and support, compliance, or security records may be kept longer when needed.

You can update certain account information in Baulist or by contacting us. You may request access, deletion, correction, or other privacy support by emailing tech@baulist.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy laws apply to Baulist, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, access or receive a copy of personal information, delete personal information, correct inaccurate personal information, opt out of certain sales or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

We do not currently sell personal information or knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use sensitive personal information, such as body photos or fit-related information you choose to provide, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing and improving Baulist.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the email or contacting us. We may still send service, account, security, legal, and transactional messages.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will be completely secure.

Baulist is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal information to Baulist, contact us at tech@baulist.com.

Baulist is currently intended for use in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws than where you live.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted or otherwise made available, unless we state a later effective date. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users as required by law.
