Baulist helps shoppers discover secondhand fashion items available from eBay listings. Baulist may provide AI-assisted styling, outfit recommendations, product discovery, catalog presentation, search, personalization, and related tools.

Baulist is a discovery layer only. We are not the seller, merchant of record, marketplace operator, payment processor, shipper, or fulfillment provider for eBay items shown in Baulist. Purchases, checkout, payment, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, cancellations, disputes, buyer protection, and post-purchase support are handled through eBay and the applicable eBay seller.

Baulist is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. eBay names, marks, listings, checkout flows, and policies belong to eBay or its licensors.

Baulist is intended for users located in the United States. You must be at least 16 years old to use Baulist. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Baulist only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for complying with any eligibility requirements, account requirements, purchase restrictions, shipping restrictions, and other rules that apply on eBay or through an eBay seller.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate any account if we believe the account violates these Terms, creates risk for Baulist or others, is connected to fraud or misuse, or is otherwise harmful to the platform.

Baulist may display product titles, photos, prices, availability, shipping estimates, seller information, item condition, descriptions, categories, links, and other listing details sourced from eBay or other third-party services.

Listing information can change quickly. Baulist does not guarantee that any eBay listing shown in Baulist is available, authentic, accurately described, correctly priced, eligible for purchase, eligible for delivery to your location, or still offered under the same terms when you click through.

The final listing details, price, taxes, shipping charges, seller terms, return terms, buyer protections, and checkout requirements are the ones shown on eBay at the time of purchase.

When you choose to buy an item discovered on Baulist, Baulist links or routes you to eBay or an eBay-controlled checkout experience. Your purchase is completed on eBay, not on Baulist.

Payment is collected and processed through eBay or eBay-supported payment services. Baulist does not collect buyer payment for eBay purchases, does not hold buyer funds, does not store full payment card details, and does not control whether a transaction is accepted, declined, canceled, refunded, or reversed.

Your purchase may be governed by eBay's User Agreement, eBay's privacy notices, eBay buyer protection programs, seller-specific terms, and any other policies shown by eBay. You should review the final eBay listing and checkout page before purchasing.

Baulist does not charge shoppers a checkout fee for clicking through to eBay unless we clearly disclose otherwise before the fee applies.

Baulist may receive referral, affiliate, advertising, attribution, or similar compensation when users discover items through Baulist and later visit or purchase through eBay or another third-party service. This does not make Baulist the seller, merchant of record, payment processor, shipper, or party to the eBay transaction.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, buyer protection claims, chargebacks, disputes, and order support for eBay purchases are handled through eBay and the applicable eBay seller under the terms shown on eBay.

Baulist does not set the return window, approve returns, issue refunds, provide return labels, process chargebacks, decide eBay buyer protection claims, or require an eBay seller to provide any remedy.

If an item is materially not as described, damaged before delivery, counterfeit, wrong, missing, or never delivered, you should use eBay's order, return, resolution, or buyer protection tools and contact the eBay seller as soon as possible. You may also contact Baulist at tech@baulist.com for discovery-layer support, such as reporting a broken link, stale listing, suspicious item, or incorrect product display.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law or under eBay policies that apply to your purchase.

Shipping, delivery, tracking, customs, lost-package issues, damaged-package issues, and fulfillment are handled by eBay, the applicable eBay seller, carriers, and related third-party services.

Baulist may display shipping information or estimates sourced from eBay or inferred from listing data. Shipping information may be incomplete, delayed, or stale. The final shipping price, speed, destination eligibility, tracking, and fulfillment terms are shown on eBay.

eBay sellers are responsible for their listings, including product authenticity, accurate titles, descriptions, images, prices, sizes, measurements, categories, condition, availability, rights to sell, legal compliance, fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, taxes, and other seller obligations.

Baulist may hide, remove, deprioritize, annotate, or stop showing any listing or product-discovery result at any time if we believe it may be stale, low quality, suspicious, unavailable, incompatible with Baulist quality standards, or otherwise harmful to the user experience.

If you believe a product shown in Baulist is counterfeit, infringing, unsafe, illegal, deceptive, or otherwise problematic, contact tech@baulist.com. For purchase or marketplace remedies, you should also use eBay's reporting and resolution tools.

You may not use Baulist to promote, manipulate discovery for, or facilitate counterfeit, replica, stolen, unsafe, recalled, or illegal goods; goods that infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; products prohibited by eBay, payment processors, shipping providers, or applicable law; misleading listings, bait-and-switch offers, false pricing, false condition claims, fake availability, manipulated reviews, or deceptive conduct; harassment, abuse, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, fraud, security attacks, or attempts to interfere with Baulist.

Baulist may use AI and machine-learning systems to provide styling suggestions, product recommendations, outfit generation, image enhancement, catalog normalization, search, fit-related information, and other features.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, biased, delayed, or unsuitable for your preferences. Baulist does not guarantee fit, size, authenticity, condition, availability, price, styling satisfaction, product quality, seller performance, or purchase results.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs, product suggestions, and eBay listing details before relying on them or purchasing.

Content includes style preferences, body or outfit photos, reviews, comments, messages, generated images, feedback, saved items, and any other material submitted, uploaded, generated, or made available through Baulist.

You keep ownership of Content you own. You grant Baulist a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, display, distribute, and use your Content to operate, improve, market, and promote Baulist and related services.

For user photos and style inputs, this license includes using the Content to provide styling, personalization, virtual try-on, recommendations, support, safety, analytics, and service improvement. Baulist will handle personal information as described in its Privacy Policy or other privacy notice.

Baulist, its software, designs, brand, logos, product features, workflows, databases, and other materials are owned by Baulist or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Baulist.

If you believe Content on Baulist infringes your rights, contact tech@baulist.com with enough information for us to review the issue.

Baulist works with third-party services for inventory data, outbound links, checkout routing, authentication, cloud hosting, analytics, AI features, and other functions. Your use of those services, including eBay, may be governed by their own terms and policies. Baulist is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Baulist may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that Baulist will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time.

Baulist is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baulist disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

Baulist does not warrant that products will meet your expectations, that eBay sellers will perform as promised, that eBay checkout will be available, that AI recommendations will be accurate, or that imported product data will always be current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baulist and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, goodwill, business interruption, or substitute services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baulist's total liability for any claim related to Baulist or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid directly to Baulist, if any, in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Baulist and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of Baulist, your Content, your eBay or third-party marketplace activity, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, fraud, willful misconduct, or negligence.

For individual consumers, this section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using Baulist at any time. Baulist may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure, or used Baulist in a harmful way.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including provisions about Content licenses, fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.

Baulist may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately when posted or otherwise made available, unless we state a later effective date. Your continued use of Baulist after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Baulist will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires a different forum. You and Baulist consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

These Terms do not include a mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver. Baulist may add dispute-resolution procedures in a future version after legal review.
